7 Dacre Road

7 Dacre Road was the first completely new-build house for Fairstone Property. The four bedroom house was nestled onto the end of a Victorian terrace in Leytonstone with the clever use of the back land on another project.
Whilst in keeping with the rest of the houses in the area, the design of 7 Dacre Road means it performs 35 per cent more efficiently than even current new build standards. This is achieved with increased insulation, good airtightness, waste water heat recovery and solar.
Build
7 Dacre Road uses a typical Victorian terrace typology but clever set backs and roof typologies allows it to have more modern and generous interior spaces.
A challenging build phase ultimately lead to a well built, high performing and handsome family home that perfectly slots in next to its neighbours whilst giving a refreshing contemporary touch to the street.
